1.2 The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. This means no signs of wear, dirt, or use (including test use outdoors), with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

1.3 Custom-made or personalized backpacks are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Additionally, items purchased as part of special deals or promotions may be final sale—please check the product page for specific details.

1.4 Defective items or items received in error (e.g., wrong style, color, or size) are eligible for free return, refund, or exchange, regardless of the above conditions, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

2.1 Contact our customer service team via the email provided on our website to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the item (if it is defective or incorrect).

2.3 Package the item securely in its original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
