All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include shipping or delivery days. If you place an order after our daily processing cutoff time (5:00 PM UTC), your order will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing time may be extended to 3-5 business days, and we will notify you promptly if this occurs.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer reliable international shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide, with consistent delivery times to meet your needs. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier issues, weather, or public holidays).
2.1 International Shipping: We ship to most countries and regions around the world. Estimated delivery time for all international orders is 7-15 business days after order processing, depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and shipping carrier. Please note that international deliveries may take longer due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control.
2.2 Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions due to legal requirements, shipping carrier limitations, or other logistical reasons. If your location is restricted, we will notify you at the time of checkout, and you will not be able to complete your order.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and order value. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. We may offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a minimum order value (varies by region), and this will be clearly indicated on our website and during checkout.

5. Customs and International Deliveries
For all international orders, your package may be subject to customs inspection and import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country/region’s customs authorities. skbackpack is not responsible for these additional fees, and they are not included in the shipping cost or order total. You are solely responsible for paying all customs-related fees to receive your package.
Customs processing times vary by country/region and are beyond our control. If your package is held by customs, you may need to provide additional documentation to release it. Please contact your local customs office for more information if your package is delayed due to customs.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
skbackpack is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the shipping carrier and tracking information shows the package is in transit. However, if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
To assist with your claim, please provide your order number, tracking number, and clear photos of any damage (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution (e.g., replacement, refund) at our discretion, provided the claim is valid.
7. Shipping Delays
